A COVID-19 Update from Levescere

Dear Valued Customer,

We recognize that COVID-19 is having an astonishing impact in our lives during this extraordinary and unprecedented point in time. At Levescere, helping to protect the safety and well-being of our staff, our partners and our customers is of the highest priority. Although much has changed in the way we operate in daily life, one thing that hasn’t changed is our steadfast commitment to our customers to continue to work hard behind the scenes to help meet business needs.

As we continue our photo operations, our studios and staff are working diligently to ensure we adapt to any new developments quickly and have put in place proper procedures and protocols based on those developments. We are adhering to direction from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and following all federal, state and local guidelines and health advisories. Our staff and partners have been advised to follow all guidelines as shared by the CDC should they become ill or have been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive.

Clients can ship product directly any of our studios. In each studio, we constantly practice ways to stay healthy and prevent the spread of viruses including frequent hand-washing, and thoroughly disinfecting and sanitizing our studio and equipment. In many cases, we can execute a product shoot with just the photographer and one assistant.  Social distancing is practiced at all times, and we strongly encourage virtual meetings with our customers to discuss their photo projects. All of our staff and partners are currently capable of performing post production, compositing, and retouching work at home.
